How to use Yusamashi
- Pour the boiled water to Yusamashi to cool down the water to 176°F/80°C (Gyokuro: 104-122°F/40-50°C)
- Add tea leaves into the teapot
- Pour the water from Yusamashi into the teapot and brew for 1-1.5 minutes
- Serve tea to each tea cup and enjoy
