To track your package
A UPS Tracking Number will be sent to the email addressed that was used to complete your order on the day we ship out.
(Please add info@mtckitchen.com to your contact list to avoid our emails from going to spam box.)
UPS Ground, UPS Expedited Shipping, UPS SurePost®
Click the Tracking Number in the email, then you can check the estimated delivery date and the shipment progress.
To obtain your USPS Tracking Number for UPS SurePost®
As UPS SurePost® service combines the UPS Ground network with the final delivery being provided by the U.S. Postal Service, you will have a USPS tracking # in addition to a UPS Tracking Number.
To obtain your USPS tracking #, please copy the UPS tracking # in the tracking page and paste it onto UPS tracking page.

Enter the tracking # into the “Track a Package” field
Click “Track Package” button or hit enter to search
The USPS tracking site will provide the latest status of your package and/or delivery confirmation.
To Track Multiple Packages
If your order is devided into multiple packages, or if you did not receive all packages, you can check the status of remaining packages and sometimes it would be the separate delivery date.
Click the Tracking Number in the page below.
You will be navigated to UPS tracking page, scroll down to find "Other Packages in this shipment" and click it to expand the column.
Other tracking Numbers for each package will be displayed.
Click each Tracking Number to see the shipment progress.
If you cannot find an email with a Tracking Number
Click "TRACK ORDER" in the top right of the website.
It will prompt you to login into your account. Enter your email address used to place the order. We will send you 6-digit code to your email. Enter the code and complete logging in.
You will be navigated to your order history page. Click on the arrow to see the order detail and click "Track". You can check the shipment progress.
