great. i ordered the wrong item, had no problem returning, and now have the correct sized cutting board.

I got my Hasegawa cutting board and Shapton 1000 whetstone from MTC. The items are high quality and were reasonably priced compared to other places I looked! I will come back to MTC for my future kitchen needs!

MTC has great quality products at a great cost, and theyre always running sales.

Delivered in a timely manner, and overall a bit less expensive than Amazon (even with Prime free shipping)

My shopping experience was easy, user friendly. However, I miscalculated on the sizes of the boards. Apparently the one I bought is very tiny. You have enough room to cut or slice a couple pieces of fruit. These boards are also expensive. They work great, easy to clean and use. I just wish I ordered something larger.

Customer service was responsive and efficient. Cutting board is awesome. However I am NOT a fan of SHOP-which is the shipping/fulfillment that is used for MTC. Products are great but there is no guarantee of ship date, it's vague with updates and products take WAY longer than any other items I have purchased online. I like MTC-I DO NOT like Shop.
