How to add/remove an item to order?
Once an order is placed, it is not possible to add items, but we can remove items if needed. If you wish to cancel an order, please send us an email with the order number. In some cases, it may make more sense to place a new order if you wish to add items.
How do I cancel my order?
Once your order has been submitted, it can only be cancelled if it has not yet shipped. We begin processing orders immediately after an order has been placed. If you were unable to cancel your order in time, you may return the products that you purchased in accordance with our returns/exchanges.
What do I do if the item was damaged/broken/missing parts?
Please notify our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your shipment, and include pictures of any incorrect, damaged, or defective items. We also ask that you keep all packaging and packing materials for further inspection of damaged items by the carrier. We will provide a full refund of the purchase price and assist you with a new order if you would like a reshipment. Any shipments replacing an incorrect item must be shipped to the order's original shipping address only.
How do I track my order?
A UPS Tracking Number will be sent to the email address that was used to complete your order on the day we ship out. (Please add email@example.com to your contact list to avoid our emails from going to spam box.) Where does MTC Kitchen ship to?
MTC Kitchen ships to addresses within the United States, including Alaska & Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not accept P.O. addresses as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, unless UPS SurePost can be used for small packages.
