Heat-resistant Ceramic Bibimbap Bowl Stackable 45 fl oz / 7.48" dia
This large ceramic bowl is typically used for Bibimba (Korean-style mixed rice served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with namul (sauteed and seasoned vegetables) and gochujang (chili pepper paste), soy sauce, or doenjang, a fermented soybean paste. You can put it on an open flame and keep a heated as a stone does. It will soar up to 572°F (300°C) in 5 minutes on a gas stove, and also retain the heat just as long as a stone pot.
Bibimbap bowls are usually made of stone, but it is designed for an easy use being made of ceramic and more resistant to cracks than a stone pot.
They can also be used for ramen bowls or serving bowls.
