Care
- The pan does not require seasoning and can be washed with mild dish soap. Dry the pan immediately after washing.
- Do not use any abrasive cleaners to clean.
- Avoid using metal tools for cooking.
- To remove stubborn burnt food: Fill the pot with 2 cups of water, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of baking soda over the burnt food, and boil the water over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Once cooled, gently scrape the burnt food with a wooden spatula and wash with a soft sponge. Repeat this step several times until clean. Never scrub with force or with abrasive cleaners.
- To remove stains: Fill the pot with 2 cups of water, add 1 tablespoon of baking soda, 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 1 tablespoon of mild dish soap. Boil the water over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Once cooled, gently scrub with a soft sponge.
