Atari Goma is Japanese sesame paste. This paste is made using high-quality black sesame and no additives are contained. It can be used as a base for dressings or sauces to give a rich, nutty flavor. It is functionally quite similar to Tahini and may be used as a substitute as such. Please note this paste is black in color; to match the color of Tahini, you will want to use the Shiro Atari Goma.
