The Hasegawa Pro-Soft Lite Rubber Wood Core Cutting Board (FRK) uses a soft elastomer surface tuned to be similar in feel to traditional Japanese hinoki boards. The cushioning helps absorb knife impact and is gentle on edges, making it suitable for delicate work such as sushi and sashimi.
