The Gestura Flexi Bench Scraper features a heat-treated flex steel that bends and snaps back into shape, offering exceptional control for lifting, scraping, and portioning. A subtle burr along the edge enhances grip on dough and ingredients. Its ergonomically contoured oak handle, lightweight yet secure, providing a comfortable, balanced hold during extended use. The scraper is assembled simply with two rivets and walnut-oiled wood, no resins, glues, or plastics.
