Cabbec Chef Slicer.
Use this simple manual vegetable slicer to shred cabbage quickly. Or change to the julienne blades to obtain long, fine strips of vegetables such as carrots or daikon for "Tsuma". You can adjust the thickness by turning the white screw on the backside. Simply cut off the top of the cabbage to obtain a flat surface and secure it on the device. Turn the handle to shred the cabbage.
