If your order is shipped
Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the email address that is associated with your order on the day we ship out (please add info@mtckitchen.com to your contact list to avoid our emails from going to the spam box).
In the email, you can check the estimated delivery date. Click the "TRACK YOUR ORDER" link in the email to see the shipment progress.
Or go to Track Your Package. By entering your order number and email address associated with your order, you can check the shipment status.
If your order is not shipped
If no tracking information is available, please refer to the delivery date range displayed at checkout.
This information is also included in your order confirmation email and can be checked anytime by logging into your account.
To view your order’s progress, log in to your account, click "Orders", and select your pending order. Log in to view Orders.
To Track Multiple Packages
If your order is divided into multiple packages, or if you did not receive all packages, you can check the status of the remaining packages, and sometimes it will have a separate delivery date.
Click the Tracking Number on the page below.
You will be navigated to UPS tracking page, scroll down to look for the link of "View All Shipping Details" and click on it. You will see other shipment statuses.
