Important Usage Notes
- Do not overload the slicer. Feeding too much product at once may cause scallions to catch and result in uneven cuts.
- If feeding becomes uneven, stop operation, reset, and reposition the scallions before continuing.
- Scallions should be reasonably fresh and trimmed to feed smoothly.
Care
- Clean the blade thoroughly after each use. Green onions can leave a transparent, sticky residue that is difficult to see but may affect cutting performance.
