Banko Earthenware Double Lid Rice Cooking Pot 4 Cup
Banko-yaki Earthenware is a style of Japanese ceramics that is particularly suitable for retaining heat. The far infrared radiation helps the heat penetrate the core of each grain of rice, resulting in fluffy, moist, and shiny rice.

Seasoning
Seasoning seals the porous ceramic hot pot and prevents liquid leakage. Please follow the instructions below to season before using.
- Please ensure the pot's bottom is dry before the procedure.
- Fill your hot pot with the water and add rice or potato starch of about one-fifth of the amount of the water.
- Bring it to a boil, and cook over low heat until the rice or starch becomes sticky like porridge. About one hour.
- When the liquid cools to room temperature, discard the water, and wipe the inside clean (If you have time, it is more effective to leave the pot overnight with the cooked rice or starch).
- Now your hot pot is ready!
