Use this heavy-duty press to form perfect onigiri rice balls quickly. The press is designed to shape rice into a triangular ball with the ideal density: firm enough to hold together without crushing the rice.
Specifications
- Material: Polyethylene
- Dimensions: 16.54" x 3.54" (42cm x 9cm)
- Makes 5 triangular rice balls (each onigiri ball is 3" x 3" x 1" ht)
- Do not expose to temperatures higher than 172°F/80°C or lower than -22°F/-30°C
- Do not keep in warm water (86°F/30°C or more) for longer than 15 minutes as it may lose its shape
- Use bleach to remove any stains. The smell will naturally disappear after 2-3 hours
- Not dishwasher safe
