Dashi Straining Cloth
This piece of cloth can be washed and reused for straining konbu (kelp) and katsuobushi (dried bonito) when making dashi. Alternatively, use this just as you would a cheesecloth to obtain finer purees, drain yogurt and cheese and so on.
