Kanayama Dinnerware

Kanayama pottery is crafted from high-quality clay sourced from a local reservoir in Tsugaru, Aomori Prefecture, Japan. Each piece is made using the traditional Yakishime method, where unglazed pottery is fired directly in a wood-burning kiln fueled by locally harvested Japanese red pine. Reaching temperatures of up to 2,462°F (1,350°C), the firing process creates natural variations and unique patterns on every piece, making each item truly one of a kind. Add a touch of traditional Japanese craftsmanship to your dining table.
