Hasegawa Pro-PE Lite Black Soft Polyethylene Wood Core Cutting Board FPEL 13.4" x 9.1" x 0.7" H
Description
The Hasegawa Pro-PE Lite Black Soft Polyethylene Wood Core Cutting Board (FPEL) balances durability and knife-friendliness. Its surface is softer than many hard plastic boards, closer in feel to traditional Japanese wooden boards, yet firmer than our Pro-Soft Rubber series. This makes it gentle on knife edges while still strong enough for everyday kitchen tasks such as cutting vegetables, meat, and fish.
Compared to ordinary hard plastic boards, the FPEL surface is designed to be gentler on knife edges while remaining easy to clean. For the most delicate work like sushi and sashimi, choose the Soft Rubber Cutting Board; for balanced daily use with reliable durability and knife protection, the FPEL is a solid choice.
