This grape seed oil is pressed and extracted from dried grape seeds in Italy and has a relatively high smoke point, approximately 420°F (216°C), so it can be safely used to cook at high temperatures. Grape seed oil can be used for stir-fries, sauteing and fondue. It contains NO cholesterol, NO solvents, NO trans-fatty acids and comprises about 88 % unsaturated fatty acids, thereof about 68% of linoleic acid.
