Important Usage Note
- This stone requires high BTU output and commercial-grade equipment capable of producing intense heat to maximize heat retention to achieve the necessary cooking temperature. Standard home BBQ grills and stoves may not have sufficient BTU output to achieve the desired cooking temperature.
- Usage Instruction: Heat the stone before serving, then place it on a Konro grill to maintain its heat at the table.
