The Shirokinyo large shallow bowl serves salad for one or two, or simmered vegetables like Nikujyaga, Gyu-suji-ni etc. This collection is subtly ribbed as if formed on the potter's wheel and finished with brushing in a modern shade of indigo on the rim, which is individually unique as it is hand applied.
